For demo purposes, you may enter any base64 string representing the subject's public key. In production this would be a ML-DSA-65 public key.

What you get — an ML-DSA-65 signed certificate with a quantum-safe signature. RSA and ECC certificates are quantum-vulnerable. ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) is not.
